The whole reason we roast coffee is the joy of experiencing coffees from around the world. Therefore we are often varying our offerings to try new flavors and bean types from Ethiopia to Papua New Guinea. With this being said, we always offer an espresso blend, a single origin offering on the chocolatey side, one on the fruity side and a darker roasted coffee. If you have any questions about the coffees that aren't answered below feel free to get in touch!

  • Chocolate Brownie

Our most versatile blend, this one gives a chocolatey tasted with a lot of body. Brings to mind chocolate frosting and almonds. Though we mainly brew this in our espresso machine, it is also great in filter, moka pot, and french press.

  • Simbu, Papua New Guinea

This is a crowd favorite and is at home in every brewing situation. Flavors are mainly chocolate with hints of almonds and peanuts. If you're wondering where to start with our coffees this is the place.

  • Huila Timana, Columbia

If you need a nice and bright pick-me-up in the morning this is coffee is your best bet. Flavors are fruity with cherries, citrus, and a hint of chocolate. This coffee is best by itself and I love brewing it with a filter.

  • Kilimanjaro, Tanzania

A darker roast, this one has a full body and a nutty taste with hints of almond, peanuts, and walnuts. I really like this one with milk in a moka pot but it can be brewed in a variety ways.
